Award-winning cookbook author, celebrated food writer and teacher, Emiko Davies is returning to Sydney Seafood School and we couldn’t be more delighted. She’s hot off the heels of showing actor Stanley Tucci around Florence for his Tucci in Italy series, now streaming on Disney +.

Emiko will be sharing the magic of Italy in a class on Venetian cicchetti and favourite Tuscan seafood snacks, drawing recipes from her best-selling books, Tortellini at Midnight, Cinnamon and Salt: Cicchetti in Venice and Aquacotta: Recipes and Stories from Tuscany’s Secret Silver Coast.
