We're delighted to welcome MasterChef 2021 winner Justin Narayan to Sydney Seafood School to cook recipes from his new book, Everything is Indian.

Everything is Indian taps into his Fijian-Indian heritage as well as the Chinese, Portuguese and Middle Eastern flavours prevalent in the places he grew up. It’s colourful, creative and a little bit whacky, and we’re expecting a bit of the same in Justin's class.
