We're welcoming back the lovely Nonie Dwyer in 2025 to host another artisan workshop focused on all things gluten free cooking after her sell-out session in 2024! 

For too long, gluten free and allergen conscious foods have suffered a (deservedly) bad reputation. Nonie is determined to change this, and she has built a loyal following through her brand Nonie's Food - providing gluten-free and dairy-free breads and other baked goods. Her recipes celebrate beautiful ingredients, direct from farmers and producers, which she treats with care and consideration, using skills she have has developed over years of baking.

Whether you've been eating gluten free for years, are a total novice, or are just curious, you're guaranteed to leave this workshop with a whole bunch of knowledge (and delicious recipes)!
