Our Summer of Seafood classes are a perfect intro to what we do at Sydney Seafood School, but with minimal species handling and preparation. You'll learn a couple of failsafe and delicious recipes, enjoy what you've created, and go home with a copy of Sydney Fish Market's brand new cookbook: A Fish for all Seasons (RRP $59.95). If that's not a bargain, we don't know what is.

Depending on the daily catch, "little fish" in this class may include Garfish, School Whiting, Sand Whiting or Sardines.
