An author, TV presenter, teacher, and food writer, Tony Tan is the doyen of Asian cooking in Australia. And he'll be gracing the Sydney Seafood School kitchens this summer to celebrate the his latest book, Tony Tan's Asian Cooking Class.
Tony is cheeky, irreverent, and really knows his Asian cooking, and this class will really showcase the breadth of content in the book. Expect to move through a huge range of traditionally distinct cuisines - from Malaysian, to Thai, to Indian, to Chinese - with Tony's guidance.
