Brendan is renowned for making the big, vibrant flavours of his Chinese-Mauritian heritage accessible to everyday Aussies, as his stints on Masterchef Australia (2018 and 2020) prove. This masterclass is an open invitation into the crispy, gooey, salty and kickin' qualities of Asian street food... With plenty of seafood thrown in, of course.
