Our favourite Italian chef, Orazio D'Elia from Da Orazio Bondi is coming back to showcase more of his classic Neapolitan recipes.

Orazio is one of Sydney’s most recognisable and well-respected Italian chefs, and the owner and namesake of the fabulous Da Orazio in Bondi and Da Orazio Pasticceria. He'll be bringing the incomparable Da Orazio vibe to Sydney Seafood School.

This class promises a frolic through some of Orazio’s favourite dishes, plenty of laughs, and a glass (or three) of wine.
