Natalie Paull was born to bake, and her books Beatrix Bakes and the just-released Beatrix Bakes Another Slice are the epitome of her love for the art. For 12 years she ran the much loved Beatrix bakery in North Melbourne and had a cult sweet-tooth following.

This artisan workshop, like her books, is for all of the bakers - the ones who revel in the suspense, joy and potential devastation of it all, and the ones who love an adventure.

You'll learn about all the rules and ratios necessary for baking, yes, but you'll also get the chance to slow down and discover the meditative joy that baking can bring to your life.
