In celebration of the Spring Moon Festival, take your tastebuds on a journey to a country with a hugely varied seafood eating culture: China.

The vastness of China, and the sheer number of regions and cultural groups within its borders, mean that it would be impossible to sum up its seafood cuisine in just a few dishes... This class aims, instead, to teach you a few truly classic dishes (some more traditional than others) so that you leave confident enough to use some Chinese cooking techniques at home.

Please be aware that you will be cooking at a shared workstation in a group of 4-6.
