Earlier this year we welcomed the fantastic Alex Elliot-Howery from Cornersmith into SSS to teach us how to make the perfect passata. This time, she'll be teaching you the fundamental building blocks for making salads sing.
You'll sample and create a variety of salads, and learn the secrets to making exceptional dressings, as well as a few knife skills that will make a real difference to the aesthetic and texture of your salads.
