From Kerala-style prawn curry to a multi-purpose raita and an aromatic Malvani fish fry, you’ll learn to make several traditional dishes. Bhavna's skill is in teaching the fundamental building blocks of Indian curries which you can mix and match according to your mood and your seafood.

Bhavna Kalra Shivalkar has a passion for sharing Indian cuisine with Australians, and spends her time crafting new fusion recipes, writing food columns for publications like SBS, launching pop-up restaurants and hosting cooking classes.
