Step up to the plate, seafood beginners: this is class for you. Seafood Basics is the ideal intro to seafood. Learn how to buy, store and prepare it, and some simple but delicious ways to cook it.   

It's that simple! No experience necessary.   

 

What You'll Learn 

  • How to buy and store quality seafood. 
  • How to choose a fresh fish fillet, steak, or cutlet.  
  • Which species to fry, BBQ, bake, and steam. How to peel and devein green prawns.  
  • All about bivalves (and how simple they are to cook). 

 
Recipes  

  • Fish fillets en papillotte (in paper) with ginger, green onions, chilli and soy. 
  • Garlic prawns. 
  • Blue Mussels in tomato sauce.
