  • That making pastry from scratch doesn't have to be scary!


What You'll Make

  • Pulled olive oil pastry: spring greens, garlic and ricotta tart

  • Shortcrust pastry: caramelised fennel tarte tatin

  • Rough puff pastry: raspberry hand pie with rose geranium cream
