Often referred to as Australia’s spice queen, Christine Manfield is one of our most celebrated and revered chefs. An avid traveller, she’s had a long love affair with India and its food, which culminated in her 2021 book, 'Indian Cooking Class'.
Christine's cooking continues to evolve with each year, and in this Masterclass she's planning on taking a deep dive into seasonality, sustainable ingredient sourcing, and First Nations produce. Expect a delicious variety of native ingredients woven into her signature spicy cuisine, using seafood from our coastal waters and local waterways.
