Together with his father Victor, Puharich is the mastermind behind the award-winning boutique butchery Victor Churchill which opened in Woollahra in 2009 and quickly became a must-visit destination for passionate food-lovers and chefs globally.

In 2014 Anthony established Vic's Meat Market at Sydney Fish Market, allowing visitors even more choice in the protein department.
