Seafood is a cornerstone of Japanese gastronomy, and our Taste of Japan class will introduce you to all of the authentic flavours and cooking methods used in the Land of the Rising Sun. 

We'll take you beyond sushi, teaching you how to fold perfect Prawn Gyoza, steam stunning Sakemushi Clams, and grill up a mouthwatering side dish of Miso Eggplant.

You'll leave with all the tools you need to bring Japanese cooking into your own kitchen.

What You'll Learn

  • How to cook with sake, mirin, edamame, white miso, and a tonne of other traditional ingredients.
  • How to fold gyoza like a pro.
