Let us take you on a delicious journey through the flavours of Japan, while teaching you the secrets to perfecting Japanese seafood cuisine, in our Taste of Japan class.
Evening classes begin with seafood canapés and a glass of wine or beer before our demonstrators will show you how to make fresh Prawn Gyoza, a traditional and flavoursome Clams in Sake, and a mouth-watering side of Miso Eggplant in our tiered theatrette.
Then, head into our kitchens, where you can utilise our MasterChef-style facilities to recreate the meal yourself. Finally, sit back, relax, and enjoy your feast in our dining room, with a glass of wine and a sweet treat to complete the experience.
