Our
Flavours of Thailand class will take your tastebuds on a trip to Thailand. 

Our experienced demonstrators will teach you all about Thai flavours and ingredients while showing you how to cook a delicious stir-fried tamarind coconut prawns, Miang Kham (betel leaves), and stir-fried snake beans. 

Then, enter our world-class kitchen facilities and work together to create the dishes yourself, with our staff ready to lend a hand. Lastly, head into our dining room to enjoy your Thai feast with a glass of wine and a sweet treat to end.

You will be cooking:

  • Stir-Fried Prawns with Tamarind & Coconut
  • Miang Kham (Betel Leaves)
  • Stir Fried Snake Beans with Garlic & White Pepper

Start the evening with canapés and a glass of wine or beer.

Guests will be asked to maintain high standards of hygiene throughout their class including regularly washing and sanitising their hands
