Who doesn't think of seafood when they think of the Mediterranean?
In this hands-on class you'll learn some simple seafood barbecue dishes full of the sunny flavours of the Mediterranean and sure to impress family and friends. By the end of the class you’ll have learnt all the tricks for guaranteeing tender octopus and be able to barbecue seafood perfectly. Enjoy your creations in our dining room, with a glass of wine and a sweet treat to finish.

- Char-Grilled Baby Octopus
- Garfish in Vine Leaves with Tuscan Salad
- Char-Grilled Swordfish with Fennel & Orange Salad
