At this hands-on cooking class you’ll create a tempting array of seafood antipasti and perfect an authentic seafood risotto (something every cook should have in their repertoire). Start with canapés and a glass of wine or beer and finish with a delicious seafood meal, and another glass of wine, of course!

Guests will be asked to maintain high standards of hygiene throughout their class including regularly washing and sanitising their hands
