Singapore is an island where seafood is a national obsession, and Black Pepper Crab is one of the nation's most iconic dishes. 

As a Saturday night treat, kick off with seafood canapés and a glass of wine before our expert demonstrators teach you all the techniques you need to turn fresh Blue Swimmer Crabs into a fragrant meal fit for a king. 

You’ll then head into our state-of-the-art kitchens, where you will work together to create the dish for yourself, with our experienced staff nearby to lend a helpful hand. Finally, sit down in our dining room and enjoy the combination of aromatic black pepper and sweet crab meat, served with steamed mantou buns to mop up any of delicious sauce left behind, with another glass of wine and a sweet treat to top it all off!
