You'll love our Spanish class for the wide variety of seafood species it teaches you to work with, including crab, squid, prawns, and fish! Observe our expert demonstrators in the tiered theatrette as they show you how to cook some of Spain’s most representative dishes – a seafood Paella, and an array of tasty tapas. 

Head into our fully-equipped kitchens to prepare your very own traditional Paella, alongside mouth-watering ‘little bites’ of Garlic Prawns, Fried Sardines, and a Red Capsicum Salad. Finally, enjoy your creations in our stunning dining room over a glass of wine with a sweet treat for dessert.

Guests may be asked health screening questions on arrival; we
ask that if you’re unwell or have flu like symptoms that you do not attend your
class and contact a member of our team to make alternative arrangements. Our
